This policy explains how SRO M BOT handles data for the website, checkout, license service, bot client, and community forum. It is written for transparency and may be updated as the service changes.

- Hesap oluştururken verilen e-posta, kullanıcı adı ve şifre.

Ödeme bilgileri
Kart bilgileri SRO M BOT sunucusunda saklanmaz. Ödemeler Stripe tarafından işlenir. Sunucu sadece ödeme durumunu, abonelik kimliğini ve lisans eşleştirmesi için gerekli referansları saklar.

Paylaşım
Gerekli altyapı sağlayıcıları dışında kişisel veriler satılmaz. Stripe ödeme işlemleri, XenForo forum hesabı ve e-posta/hosting altyapısı servis çalışması için kullanılabilir.
Saklama ve silme
Lisans, ödeme referansı, audit log ve güvenlik kayıtları servis güvenliği için tutulabilir. Hesap veya veri talepleri için [email protected] adresine yazabilirsiniz.

Data we collect
- Email address, username, and password provided during account creation.
- License status, plan type, bot session limit, subscription status, and payment references.
- Device/HWID, session, version, and connection records sent by the bot client for license checks.
- Forum profile, session, IP, security, and content records handled by XenForo.
- Support emails and information you share through Discord.
Payments
Card details are not stored on SRO M BOT servers. Payments are processed by Stripe. The server stores payment status, subscription identifiers, and references needed to match purchases to licenses.
How we use data
- Create, renew, and enforce licenses and bot session limits.
- Operate forum accounts, support, and account recovery.
- Investigate abuse, license sharing, security issues, and technical failures.
- Manage product updates, required client updates, and service notices.
Sharing
Personal data is not sold. Stripe, XenForo, email, hosting, and infrastructure providers may process data required to operate the service.
Retention and requests
License, payment reference, audit, and security records may be retained for service security. For account or data requests, contact [email protected].
